Tire Wear and Tire Rotation
The Tesla Model 3 rear wheel drive owners can expect their rear tires to wear faster, which means to get them all wearing out at the same time you will need to rotate your tires regularly.
The Model 3 dual motor AWD, even though it is AWD, has a rear wheel bias where initial acceleration is RWD. That means you will still see the rear tires wear faster than the fronts.
Some owners are rotating tires every 6 or 8000 miles to keep wear even on the front and rear tires. Of course, this doesn’t work if you are running a staggered setup with wider tires in the rear than the front of your Tesla Model 3.
These are the tires I use and I like them. Good tread life and seems to be good traction too
